CMS Service level blank - Profile set up

Hi I have set up the service level and increments in the call profile skill, however the service level on the report is still blank, have I missed something - can't see what.

thoughts and comments please

Are you trying to look at reports from dates before you made the change? Changes to the profiles only create reports on the data from the date they were put in place/changed moving forward, they're not retroactive.

yes had the correct dates
redid them profiles and clicked modify and now it works - who knows why!
