Hi,
I would like to set Skill-Level in relative to the current level.
With CMS-Supervisor I can give absolute values per skill, but I can't say 'raise level of skill' or 'raise level by one for skill X if level < 4 for logins (1000->2000)'.
As I learned this would be possible by using 'cms scripting', looks like vb ...but this is per avaya definition undocumented and unsupported.
Can anyone help?
