All,
I was hoping to be able to use an old IP address of a former RTA server, but I was notified today that the CMS server no longer has it in there.
Normally having this type of work done takes a long time and is very costly. I would assume this is a simplistic task, but I can't find any data on it.
Can someone please tell me how to configure the CMS server to send RTA streams to X ip address and cofigure the ports to use?
Also... Any other tidbits that may be required.
And if someone has a snapshot of what the stream looks like, this would be great! Is it just raw text/ascii type stuff or is it sent as a binary packet of data? I would much rather use my own parser/socket listener than the avaya stuff.
Thanks,
==Zow
