Hi all. Needing steps on how to run reports (vdns and vectors) for a year's activity. Via Report Wizard I see 4 options with the longest as Monthly.

Thx again...

There are no yearly reports, the longest is monthly, but you can build report to display multiple months.

Hey guys - found this method of running an annual report for # of calls. You can specify number of months you want. In my case I just needed 12 months.

CMS -> Reports ->Historical -> VDN (or other value) -> Report (Skill) Monthly -> OK -> OK
