Hi Guys,
Within one of my Vectors, I have an option that requires the caller to press 3 or 4. Option 4 will route the call to another external number.
Option 3 will queue the call at a skill. If the call is not answered in 60 seconds, we offer the caller the option to leave a message by pressing 1. This routes to a Virtual station that forwards the call to voicemail.
I need to pull reports on the volumes of calls that go through to voicemail and that get routed off net. i will need a total for each scenario, as well as calls that are answered by the Skill.
What would be the best way of achieving this?
