Does anyone know anything about running an Investigations Report on a CMS server? How does one do this? On the Linux side? I did not see an option on the CMSSVC.

You need to get the CMS Investigations zip.zip file. In that zip file will be 2 files. 1 pdf which is the instructions and other is the script. Put the script on your server and run it. Output will be in txt and xml. Email those to Avaya or your business parther.

What information does this report provide?

Its a snap shot of the server, os, and software. Usually you run this because you requested a quote for an upgrade. The output of the script tells you all the hardware specs, what you are licensed for, any adjuncts, number of custom/designer reports, whats running on the cron and a bunch more. It ensures that nothing is missed when you are quoted an upgrade.
