Is there a report or a way i can see exactly who did what using the CMS agent app? I think i have an unscrupulous manager using the system to spy on other managers, and i need to find out if he activated an agent trace on a certain day.

Thanks!

I would first see if this manager is setup or service observer, if he is REMOVE HIM

If you are using CentreVu, check

Agent Administration - List Agents Traced

for an idea of who was traced, and when. Alternatively, you can run a report on

Historical - Agent - Trace By Location

for that Agent, on whatever dates you suspect, for an idea of whether the trace was put in place, to start with.

As for identifying who started the trace, I'd suggest that needs to be done at server level rather than at 'desktop' level, but to check that the trace took place to start with, check either of these two places.
