I've created a daily VDN report for multiple VDN's. Everything works ok but I could do with showing all VDN's that are selected even if they don't have any information for that day.
I'm running this for 20 VDN's so that a user can paste this into an excel template and run a few formulas. It would make it easier if the VDN's were all shown regardless if they have any info for that day.

Has anyone done anything like this?

Hi Tyke Uk

Not sure this is possible but in xls you should be able to use sumif or countif its a problem with having the correct vdn's in specific cells for calculations

Thanks PappaG - I have created a template for them with sumif's and vlookups and this works fine. I just wanted to know if this could be made easier.
Cheers

Unfortunately, the dVDN table does not produce a row for every VDN, just those that have data for the day, so if no calls offered to the VDN, no row in the database.

I have back-end ODBC access to my data so I can achieve this with a SELECT CASE so that I can force 0 lines for any VDN that does not appear for a particular day but there is no way I know of replicating this with CMS supervisor report designer.
