Hi all,
I want to see the historical "Service Level Interval" report of the skills.
My problem : I can see only graphical service level report,
but looking at the chart, there are no numeric values
according to the bar lengths but there are numeric ranges,
so I have to guess the real value via comparing the length
of the bar with the range value.
For example, the bar length is somewhere between 60-80, so
I guess that its value is nearly 67. But I want to know
the exact value.
Any idea for this ?

Thanks and my best regards,

From the report choose Format Chart.
Under the Data Labels Tab select Show Label Text and check Percentage.

Hope this helps
