CMS Report Discrepancies

Hi

Our cms server in the UK is collecting data for a switch in the US. When comparing daily agent reports with daily interval reports we seem to be missing 3 hours worth of data. I think the issue may have something to do with when the cms is archiving the daily data. Can anyone help??
 
Find out when the cms is running a backup or when it's scheduled.

Thanks Elvislives. Our archiving was running at 5pm US time, we are able to run archiving manually to recover the data.
 
If the interval data is missing then it's not possible to recover this as it not stored anywhere else. The Definity does not store or buffer the CMS data.

What do you have set for the switchtimezone offset in CMS Setup Storage Intervals ( for the USA Switch )?
I believe you may have this set to 0.

Thanks UK Comms, that is correct we have switchtimezone offset to -7.
