I am manipulating a Split Skill Interval report using desingner CMS release 13. I have manipulated the split/skill table to allow calculations for mulitple skills rather than single. Can anyone tell me how I to change the totals field so that it totals all of the skills chosen as one interval total rather than multiple individual interval skill totals?

The totals field should be the same as a normal split/skill report. The main things that you will need to ensure you have done is used sums in your data query (so that the totals and data fields look the same). You'll also need to ensure the Where clause has the "GROUP BY hsplit.STARTTIME" statement.

I have this working in this way.

Thank You for your quick reply. Are you saying that my data field should duplicate exactly what my totals looks like in order to get totals for all the splits in each time allotance? For example I want splits 512,513,and 514 to all be totaled under 12:00 to 12:30; 1:00 to 1:30 ect. Not 512~ 12:00 to 12:30, 513~ 12:00 to 12:30, 514~ 12:00 to 12:30 etc. Is there a way I can attach screen shots of what I have to you?

Thank You so Much!

Rob

That's pretty much the way i have it setup. The only problem I had was with the hsplit.STARTTIME + hsplit.INTRVL so I've left that out for now.
If you can send me your email address I'll send you a word doc with the relevant screen shots.

That's funny you just wrote that because I am looking at that same issue right now with hsplit.STARTTIME + hsplit.INTRVL. I see it in the data column but not in the table column. How does that affect the report? My address is rob.bateson@realogy.com. Again thanks alot. This just saved me a lot of time not to mention probably alot of money after getting done with Avaya's custom reports team.

I've sent you an email with this info. Let me know how it goes.
