CMS Report Assistance - List of dialed numbers by agent

Has anyone designed, or know how to design, a report that lists dialed numbers by agent? I know the trace report contains that information, but I don't need all the other lines. I want a report that will just show: AgentID, Date, Time, Dialed Number. The input should be Agent Group name and date range.
 
My understanding is that CMS is more for statistics than in-depth details of any given call. That seems like more of a CDR thing or something that would be better handled by a CRM system that integrates and dials on the agent's behalf
 

If you don't have a CDR you would need Enhanced Call History (ECH) enabled on your CMS to get this information, which is an add-on enhancement you have to purchase.
