CMS Pseudo ACD 1

Hi,

We have recently upgraded our CMS to V11 and I am wanting to know how to add a new Pseudo ACD onto the system. I am having problems creating it to then load the data into it. On the old system it was already there so all I had to do was restore the data.

I am unable to add a new ACD to the dictionary, as it either already exists or doesn't exist.
Also under system setup> Pseudo ACD setup I am unable to create it.

I am feeling I am mising something pretty basic, so if can anyone point me in the right direction it would be appreciated.

Your on the right track, Add the pseudo acd in the system setup. Pseudo acd numbers start from 9 and go to 26. If it won't let you add one do a list all to see if you already have one. Then select the load pseudo ACD data option
