CMS problem with archving

I got CMS V8 and suddenly it started to fail data summarizing.
I got message in error log:
1350 ERROR GENERAL error internal to process: Unable to successfully complete archiving.
And I got only interval data.
Any idea how to fix it?

Reason-Unable to initialise CentreVu CMS environment.

What to Do?-Reinitiate Data Summarization Call Services.

I'll se what else i can find in the mean time.

When you get a message like this it means one of two things. Either a broken database table or a faulty hard disk.

In eitber case you will need Dealer, Business Partner or Avaya support to fix.
