CMS Notifications Other Than Reports

Can CMS V.18 or the CM 7.1 inform me if a call is waiting in queue for too long and send an email or other notification other than CMS reports?

i have a manager who does not want to sit and stare at the CMS report boards to see why calls are sitting in queue.

we will be upgrading to the latest V19 of CMS soon.
 
Unfortunatly not directly.

You could mess with the taskscheduler and VBS or have some python script running that monitors the screen.
 
setup threshold settings for the reports. You'll then get low/high warnings in different colors.
