CMS not starting

I have to one development installation of CR Enterprise 10 and another test one. While doing some maintenance some dll file was deleted and since then the CMS in development is not starting. we have some objects left in the repository. how could I retrieve that from that CMS? Please suggest me a solution.

By objects do you mean reports?

The files published are in the FRS IN/OUT directories stored as long id numbers with the extension .RPT. I don't have the default path right noiw but a search of the server should handle it.

By objects I meant the text, custom functions etc.. Please let me know if you any idea.
