CMS Netra 210 R14 - setting remote access

Hi,

I was tasked to configure CMS remote access for licensing however I can no longer login when I did the following procedures:
/cms/install/bin/abcadm -r ttyb

/cms/install/bin/abcadm -i -b 9600 ttyb

/cms/install/bin/abcadm -c -b 9600 ttyb then the system rebooted.

After that I cannot access both remote & local console. Did I miss anything here and is there a way I can login again into the new system?
