CMS Multiple trunk Group Reporting

We are trying to run a historical trunk report in CMS for multiple months, But CMS won't seem to let me enter multiple trunks groups. We have about 200 trunk groups. I can only run a report on one trunk group at a time. Is there another way to do this?
