So in CMS I can't see the agent who takes the call in a VDN or Skill report. Anyway I can find this info?
So for an example at the interval time 7-7:15 I see 1 call come into skill xx but can't find what agent answered this call and don't know a report to do this. It this possible to find with standard reports, is it possible to create this in designer? Any help would be appreciated, Thank you!
