CMS licencing Question

Hi just need clarification on a few things

in terms of CMS wallboards am I correct in thinking that each wallboard takes up a supervisor licence? If the case is does anyone have a link on what it is possible to display?

Also I believe the 9650 handsets can be set to display certain stats similar to that displayed on a wallboard
Are these features available on any other sort of handset, perhaps the 9620?

I take it phones such as the digital 2410s are not capable of such feature?

You can set up VuStats on the phones to provide information similar to a wallboard. This just requires a phone with a display. We use this instead of a wallboard.

Typically, wallboards do not use a CVS license - They log into the CMS using Terminal Emulator. One vendor is Inova.

- Licences ACM : Number of licences and type of licences (Standard Edition, Entreprise Edition)

- Licences ACD Elite : Number of licences

- Licences CMS : Number of licences Agents /Number of licences Superviseurs

- One-X Agent : Nombre de licences
