CMS integration with External application

Hi,
I would like to post real-time data information from CMS to an external database or application. I was told there are some kind of reports from Avya in order to get data from CMS. Could anyone explain me or help me how could I do it?

OK, thanks...but, there is any possibility to buy some already defined reports from Avaya?
Maybe, the work I should do is to receive all the information that Avaya is sending me through a socket connection or something like this. Is it possible?
