CMS install question

Hi,

We are implementing CMS R16.1 on a sun T5120 server.

How do we find if CMS and IDS software already installed? is there
specific command ?

When i type CMS, it says "CMS not running"

and when i choose run_ids from cmssvc menu it does not initialize.

We know Solaris is installed and we already entered network info.

Thanks...
