CMS IDS problem

I just pre-installed SUN Spark t5120 CMS server and I now face problem with starting up IDS.I always get this output:

Select one of the following
1) Turn on IDS
2) Turn off IDS
Enter choice (1-2): 1
IDS is down.
Please wait for initialization

Any ideas?
