Sorry if I repeat this question( my first post..), but I couldn't find the answer.
Our Call Center Supervisor would like to implement Event Count feature in CMS (V 15.0). I did find the answer how to do this thanks to this Forum... (
). However, the report in CMS shows as Event Count 1,2,3, ets. Is there any way to attach a names to those event counts in CMS, as it done for the work and AUX codes?
