CMS error

Hi,

I got a customer notifying this error on his CMS:

1302 01/31/2011 8:44 AM ERROR PROCESS COMMUNICATION (PO) library error,
function: ERROR (IDBM) receiving too many exceptions too fast. Some exceptions have been discarded. Reduce the number of active exceptions or change thresholds so that fewer exceptions are triggered.

Any ideas are welcome...

Seems pretty straightforward. I'd reduce the number of active exceptions or change thresholds so that fewer exceptions are triggered.

I've hardly touched CMS. Where is that done?

CMS: Commands - Exceptions - Operations.

Exceptions/thresholds are created for the following catagories:
Agent, Split/Skill, Trunk, VDN, and Vector.

Triggered exceptions are viewed using the Real Time Exception Log.

You can also view past triggered exceptions under the Commands - Exceptions - Reports tab.
