I have tried to find an answer to this question in documentation, as well as on this forum.

How do you adjust Free Space Allocation???

The only thing I have come up with, is that you adjust Data Storage Allocation (change the parameters that you want), make the available space for the ACD go negative, and then apply changes in Free Space Allocation to cause the DB to allocate a new chunk of DB space to the ACD.

Anyone know if this is correct? If not, what are the procedures to make this kind of change...

This is correct. Change DSA first then use FSA to add or remove chunks to the ACDs dbspace using the modify option in FSA

After viewing the Free Space Allocation to see which ACDs are out of space, just put the acd name on the top line, press <RETURN>, and select modify. This assumes that there is free space available on the disk.

Just wanted to drop a quick comment to say thanks to those that responded...It worked just exactly as described...Too bad that the person that did my CMS training didn't explain it that well.

Thanks,
