I'm sort of driving in the dark here, so I hope I even ask this question correctly. My CMS exports call data to my Aspect server. However the Aspect server was just upgraded and not Avaya is no longer pushing out the call data. The service that needs to be started is called TCS5, but I dont know how to start it. Avaya will do it for me but they are 7-10 days out before doing this. I need it a lot sooner. How can I restart that data push from the Avaya CMS?
