CMS Daily Reports Interval

Are there any guru's that can help me with a report.

I'm trying to get a really accurate 30 minute increment report for hte number of agents in avail status, not staffed for the split/skill summary interval report.

I use version r15.

I'm trying to show starting at 7am to 7:30am there were 2 agents avail, i understand averages impact this. What I think it counts are those in aux too, which is not accurate.
