CMS daily not archiving

Hi. We have an archiving problem with our CMS 13. It stopped archiving data on Aug 28 and until now when we view the archiving status, it shows something like this:

| Arch type | Status | Date | Time | Next Sched |
Daily Running 08/29/08 10:02AM 9/16/08 10:00AM

Interval is OK and since daily is not complete so as weekly and monthly. Any ideas? Thanks!

I had this problem on a V11 system. I manually archived each day, to catch up, then I rebooted the system and it seem to work fine.

Avaya recommends, as I remember, that the CMS box needs to be rebooted either every month, or every quarter. In any event, I reboot my box every 30 to 45 days. Usually the 30 days, and do this at the same time I run my cmsadm backup.

I'm going to agree with gblucas. Whiel I've never had this issue happen to me, a reboot will most likely restart whatever process failed.
