Is there any way of generating a report that can tell me how many times a number is pressed to go out of the call flow,for example they press 1 for pension 2 for health and so on....Thx
 
In our call vectors, each menu option has its own VDN. I run VDN reports to determine the menu selection counts.

You can have it all. You just can't have it all at once.
 

We do the same with VDNs.

The only other way would be to have External Call History setup. There is a field that will show you last digits entered. However, if you have multiple levels of options it will only provide you with the last entry.
