CMS CenterVu question

I am trying to login into my CMS sytem, but can not remember the commands. I have the administrators login and password, but can not launch the XTERM command on either of the 4 screens.


Here are the steps I've used:

Step one:
Login

Step two:
Enter password

Step three:
right click on screen to launch XTERM, but its not located.
