Hello everybody,
I need to know how the cms call record does'it work, in particulary I have two system:

- CMS Rv6 connected to a G3rV6 ACD that store only a buffer of 5000 call record and when it's over the record ovveride the older. The data storage allocation of the call record is set to 5000

- CMS Rv6 connected to a g3siV11 that store the call records for a lot of time (some weeks) but the data storage allocation is only 2500. Moreover I have 6800 record only for one day !!!

How is possible !?
Thank a lot
Paolo

Paolo,

Try changing your Data Storage Allocation value to 0. This doesn't stop it, it just means it's unlimited (diabled).
