Some of our Supervisors have started to use BCMS Vu-Stats on 6416 Phones more frequently, the problem we have is that the Abandoned calls on CMS / BCMS never seem to match !!
Don't use BCMS for reporting. I've just learned that dequeued calls (even if they are answered) count as abandoned calls. I was able to prove this in a test environment. Also, in BCMS calls are counted in the interval they came in, in CMS they are counted in the interval they completed.
