CMS and databases and PHP

If you are looking for a CMS that works with PHP/DB then
phpnuke, mambo, ezpublish ( ( I like this one) are some options.
If you are looking for a one-installation-package that will install the webserver,PHP and the Database for you
is the one I've used with good results.
Don't freak out by the german content, just select the english version on the upper right corner.
