CMS Agent Report ?

Running an Agent report > Split/Skill by inteval

I want to have this same report that would show multiple agents

This is the only one i can find that show the agent by interval, but can only input one agent per report.

Im thinking i can create a custom one for this but am all beschemekled

Copy the report and change the input fields to allow multiple entries. You'll find an inoput field called i-agents or something like that, whatever the field is that asks for the agent login id's. This will be set to only allow one login id and a field length of 4 or whatever length your login id's are. Change it to alow a field lenght of 20 and allow multiple entries and you'll then have the exact same report but able to run it for multiple agents. post again if you need help.

When I do that, it does show the totals for all the agents iv selected, but does not break it down by the agent name or login
