CMS Agent Group Summary Weekly report

Hi all

Not a great CMS report expert normally leave this to the workers

Someone raised the below are they correct ? Could the report be altered to correct this I cant believe as this is a standard out of the box report it's wrong after all these years it's not been corrected.

Any help greatly appreciated

At the moment the % Agent Occupancy with/without ACW in Agent Group Summary Weekly is incorrect. But the monthly report is correct. The weekly report does not include the outbound call time.
 
You can not change the standard can reports. if that one does not do what you want then you would have to create a new report.
