Hello all

Does anyone have an idea as to where I can go to find a listing of CMS Administrator Commands. I need to know things such as 'how to bounce people off of thier logins when they stay on too long; how to change supervisor passwords; how to see what supervisors are logged on....etc. etc. Any help would be greatly appreciated
