So I just started messing around with the 3.0 code on the 7920's and there's the web page tool that the 794/60's have.

Just wondering how many of ya'll have messed around with any serial number tracking utilities? I found the following that looks promising.


Anyone use it or a similar package?


The reason I'm so interested in this is that the RMA process is becoming an issue because of previous device swaps.
