Having a couple of small issues with CM and CMM 5.2.1 (yes, I know, it's old, it's a lab system. The public facing system is up to date 
1) Messages left from an outside phone number are recognized as internal. Audix reads the message header as "Voice call from extension 3145551212" I've tried toggling "Unknown Numbers Considered Internal for AUDIX?" in system-parameters features but this didn't help. Extension length is set to 4 on the switch link page in CMM, and I've shored up the extension range as well to explicitly exclude numbers outside of our range.
2) Calls that cover to Audix from extensions that do not have a mailbox result in an "Extension 0000, please wait." announcement--even though it falls within the range administered in the public unknown numbering table. On our live system with AAM, I'm used to the system simply answering with a login prompt in this case. Is this normal for CMM?
