Customer is using Aastra CMG NOW with 4425 IP phone.
When calling another party using NOW, they do not hear any tone while other party is ringing. They only hear sound when other party answered and there is speech.
In cases of transfer, they cannot do a blind transfer since they do not hear the other party ringing. They wait for an answer so they are assured they can proceed with the call transfer.
Is there a way to have tone when called party is ringing? TIA.
