CMG 7.5 NOW CONNECTIVITY WITH MX ONE TSW SERVER 2

Hi all,
m doning cmg first time.
server & client installed but i don't hv idea about connectivity.
here can anyone help me for connection among pbx(tsw),cmg server & now client.

Do you use IP phone as operator or du ytou use the CT-adaptor?

hi,
i am using CD adaptor.
pbx version is MX_-one tsw sp6

The handset connects to the TSW

The NOW client connects to the handset for speech (NOW system config & MD Adaptor settings, you need serial port)

The NOW client reads the CMG nice database on the CMG server after you have authenticated via the CMG server Ana service (enter the CMG username/password/server location in NOW at logon)

NOW client connectivity is fine.
is there any connection (serial or ip) b/w CMG server or pbx.

how does they communicate each other?
or
i hv to create any application link bw both.
pls comment

You do not need CMG to connect to MXOne under basic install, it is only used for logon and directory lookup from the PC to CMG server/database.

The client PC NOW connects to the handset via serial/CTI adaptor.

yes i got problem with now client.

its log in & connected but not able to dail call,
operator showing absent..

Check your MDAdaptor settings on the PC. Make sure the extension is setup correctly. This is the same as the serial connection in DNA, you're doing ctrl-F12? Have you got the speech boxes at the top of NOW? Have you set MD110 in NOW system config?

adapter settings ok as DNA
but in mx one side no configuration i hv set..
is there any configuration i hv to set..
what i hv to do mxone side..
