CMG 7.5 is having outbound dialer facilty like DNA 5.6 having.

Hi,

i have installed the CMg7.5 in TSW Sp8.
facing the problem :
1)how to enable outbound dialer facility in CMG7.5 which facility is in DNA 5.6(Alt+I), i couldn't able to make outbound dialer in CMG7.5

2)Directory searching is not working ,In NOW application after typing the name it should show relevant directories, where as iam facing the issue after typing the name and pressing ENTER button then only it is showing.


if there is any settings issue let suggest . it will be great full

(1) it's either in the Adaptor settings or Mxone Config settings on the client, not in NOW, I can't check for you today but there is a tick box for outbound dialling
(2) open NOW and go into options/settings from the toolbar and In there you can find a tick box for 'progressive search'. Tick the box.

I checked - on the client PC:

(1) MD110 Interface - Call Handling - tick 'Manual Dialling'
(2) NOW - Settings - Keyboard - Progressive Search - tick 'Progressive Search'
