We have one site in our company running CME, and I recently received a call from that office on an issue. I am running CME V3.3 on a 2811 router. The main admin has a 7960 w/expansion module, with multiple call appearances. She called the other day to report that when she is on a call, and someone else rings in, the soft keys that show the “hold” and “transfer” functions change to “answer” and “ignore”. With this, she cannot place a call on hold to answer another call. This is not necessarily service affecting, but very aggravating for her, and when momma ain’t happy…
I cannot tell if this is a recent occurrence, or she is just now reporting this.
I am not very familiar with the CME world, (We run mostly Avaya and Nortel), and I cannot find anything in the help files or on Cisco’s site.
Any ideas?
