CME Voicemail prompting to enter ID

hello,
I have CME running Unity Express and when ever you type in 600 (Voice Mail extension) the female voice prompts you to 'enter your id followed by pound'. I need to to automatically enter the ID so as users just have to type in their 600 and their password or preferebly just 600.

I ran into this issue in the past as well. A phone reset did the trick for me, believe it or not.

OK thanks, but i have certainly tried rebooting everything

Are you sure there is no digit manipulation done to the callers extension before it reaches the voicemail server ?
