CME setup questions

Hi,

I've now got a cme running on a 2610xm and 2x 7940G phones connected to the cme via a cat 1900 switch. After giving the phone a static ip it picks up the call manager address but just says "Configuring CM List" and then displays an error "Load ID Incorrect"

According to the cme the IP phone load should be

Cisco IP Phone 7910 : <not set>
Cisco IP Phone 7940 or 7960: P00403020214

I can find this file on the flash but don't know why it's failing to load.

When I was born I was so suprised I didn't talk for 18 months
