Another new issue we have no prior experience with.
We've moved a CME from one location to another in the UK.
The original config had a mainline appearance which rang on all subscribers phones....in addition to their own personal lines.
This line could be answered if it was in use already by a consultant. Basically it seemed to be a huntgroup, but we don't know how to set it up so multiple subscribers can answer all calls inbound even when in use.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
