Hi I wonder if you can help me please

I have a customers CME connected via a SIP Trunk

Attended transfers cannot be made the call is just dropped when transfer is pressed
Checked the configuration and no sup sip refer is in
sip trace reveals that at the point of transfer a bye is sent which terminates the call?
