We've implemented voIP with a CME solution using extension mobility.

There are two groups which require an additional line on their phone in conjunction with their personal line.

I've created the extension in CME GUI and added the lines to their profile on the router.

The only problem with the additional lines is, they have no voicemail. Since there is no user or physical MAC id to append the lines to, I can't make a mailbox. Or at least I don't think I can. And even if I do, how will the user login? Won't the second line also require a login?

Overall, I need to get voicemail on the second lines for after hours callers. We can't just have the phone ring without the customers getting a voicemail.

Thank you

setup a generic mailbox and set the user to anything you want...ie:afterhours line

Hope this helps.
