CME cisco 3845 with phone 7940

This is what I would like to do:
I have 2x 7940 phone with the same number, I would like to be able to answer a call from one phone when someone is already on the phone with the other one. So I'ts like having 2 line with the same number, but the second line is ringing on the other phone, anyone have an idea how to do this ?
