CME CIPC over VPN

Hi,

Does any one have any experience configuring Cisco CME to support registration of Cisco IP Communicator over VPN.

Current Setup:

2801 (CME) --> C837 (VPN Gateway) --> Internet <--VPN Client

CME sits on 192.168.2.0/24 and VPN clients get an address in 192.168.3.0/24.

I've found that phones are failing to register...I've also heard people mentioning manual ARP entries to correct devices in different subnets not being able to register.

Hope someone can help!
